Pudding’s Aboard!
Use this recipe to make an authentic Thai rice pudding.

  1. Add the salt and rice to the water and boil it in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Once it begins to boil, turn it down to simmer and allow it cook for 45 minutes.
  3. After 45 minutes, remove the lid and add the sugar and coconut milk.
  4. Allow the pudding to boil and then reduce the heat again and simmer for half an hour.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the pudding of the stove, allow it to cool and serve.
