Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and roast the peanuts on a baking tray for five minutes until they become golden brown.
  2. Chop the peanuts.
  3. Lower the oven temperature to 180C.
  4. Take two tablespoons of the coconut cream and heat it.
  5. Add the curry paste and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add the beef and sauté until it is coated with the paste.
  7. Pour in half a cup of water and add the remaining coconut cream.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Add the potatoes, onions, lime leaves, cinnamon, tamarind, sugar and fish sauce and allow the curry to begin to simmer.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Cover the curry and cook it in the oven for two hours.
  12. Remove the curry from the oven, sprinkle it with spiced chili and peanuts.
