Refreshing Chai Latte!
Begin by roasting the dry spices for about 3 minutes on a pan.
In a saucepan heat water, roasted spices and ginger bringing it to a boil.
Let the water simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
Now turn of the flame and put the tea bags in the water.
Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
Now strain the tea and stir in the sugar.
Put milk to heat in a separate saucepan and whisk continuously.
Once the milk froths, turn of the flame.
Divide the tea into four drinking mugs.
Add half cup of warm milk to each of them.
Top with the milk froth and serve.
