Tandoori Mutton Recipe

Tandoori mutton may confuse a lot of cooks as the term broadly comprises a number of dishes, making one wonder whether we’re talking about tandoori lamb chops, tandoori goat, tandoori mutton tikka, or tandoori boti. We are referring to tandoori boti (also known as boti kebab).

The tandoori mutton is a type of kebab made by marinating beef, mutton, or lamb meat in a rich marinade of various fiery spices, papaya pate, yogurt, and lemon juice. The marinated meat is then cooked in a tandoor on skewers, but for the lack on a tandoor in a regular household, the kebab can also be baked or grilled in an oven or barbecue. This in turn produces a mutton boti kebab so full of flavor, spices, and pure simple awesomeness that we are drooling right now! Tandoori Mutton Recipe
Marinated mutton chunks grilled/baked to perfection.
  1. एक कटोरे में दही, लेहसुन-अद्रक का पेस्ट, पपीते का पेस्ट, गोलमिर्च पाउडर, हलदी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, पिसा हुआ लाल मिर्च, गरम मसाला पाउडर, साबुत धनिया, साबुत जीरा, जायफल, नीम्बू का रस, केसर, नमक, और तेल अच्छी तरह मिला लें।
  2. मीट को मसालों व दही के मिश्रण में अच्छी तरह लपेट कर ४-५ घंटों के लिए फ़्रिज में रख दें। ओवेन को ३५० डिग्री F (या १५० डिग्री C) पर गरम कर लें और उसमे मीट को २०-२५ मिनट के लिए पकाँए।
  3. गरमा गरम परोसें।
