Instructions
  1. Keep the oven heated to 400 degrees F. In a nonstick skillet, cook the onions until browned. Add salt and pepper and stir well. Add some water and cook till the water evaporates.
  2. Flatten the dough and bake for about 6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha sauce and marmalade. Spread the sauce mixture over the thin crust and top it with the chicken pieces, cheese and cooked onions.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, remove and add bok choy on top. Enjoy your light, easy meal.
