Summer-y Salad
Instructions
  1. Place a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest and lemon zest
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low.
  4. Let the mixture simmer until it becomes thick.
  5. Remove the saucepan and add in vanilla extract.
  6. Keep aside the mixture to cool
  7. Layer the fruit in a large bowl : pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, oranges, grapes, and blueberries.
  8. Pour the sauce over the fruit then keep in fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  9. Serve
