Delish Falafels!
Instructions
  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and in the morning drain out the water.
  2. Take the chickpeas along with cumin, coriander, pepper, red chilli powder, salt, onion, garlic, parsley and flour in a food processor.
  3. Whip it to a coarse mixture and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
  4. Heat the oil for frying the falafels and meanwhile take equal sizes of the batter, making small balls out of them.
  5. Fry till they turn golden brown, drain excess oil and serve hot.
