Strawberry Lime Champagne
A bellini with a strawberry twist!

  1. Chill flutes in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Puree strawberries in a food processor.
  3. Squeeze one lime into the processor and mix.
  4. If you want to serve it cold, chill it in the freezer for 15 minutes or at least for 1 hour in the refreigerator.
  5. Fill ΒΌ of flutes with strawberry and lime mixture. Pour a little champagne over it.
  6. Give it a stir with a spoon and carefully fill the rest of the glasses with champagne.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
