Made famous by its presence on Carnival Cruise Lines’ menu, this innovative dish serves the purpose of both a starter and a finisher. The addition of grand marnier gives it a unique boozy touch, which your senses are all too eager to discover.

Instructions
  1. Cut the strawberries into bite sized pieces and place them in a food processor.
  2. Blend them until the strawberries are pureed
  3. Add the sugar and blend again until the sugar is fully incorporated into the strawberries
  4. Pour the mixture into a large sieve placed over a bowl to remove the seeds
  5. To this mixture, add the yogurt, half and half and grand marnier (optional).
  6. Whisk this mixture until all ingredients are well combined
  7. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. To serve, pour this mixture into small bowls and top it with whipped cream and mint sprigs
