Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onions till golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add zucchini, salt, water, chili powder, turmeric, garlic powder, coriander, cloves, peppercorns, tomatoes and yogurt and stir to mix.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve.
