Print Recipe Tandoori Soya Chaap Recipe
Marinate the soya with ginger garlic & salt for about an hour.
Add cardamom powder,cloves powder,cheese & cream in the marinade and mix well. Marinate for another 10 minutes.
Cook the chaaps in a tandoor until done, about 10 minutes.
Top off with cream and chaat masala.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
