• 2 ounces Gin
• 5 Mint leaves
• 1 ounce Sugar syrup
• 1 ounce Lemon juice
• mint sprig for garnish
• ice

Instructions

1. In a shaker, muddle the mint and simple syrup.
2. Add the lemon juice and gin, and fill with ice. Shake, and double-strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
