Instructions
  1. Wash and peel papaya.
  2. Take 1 half and remove seeds and grate it.
  3. Wash and grate carrot.
  4. Take 2-3 tbsp shredded papaya, 2-3 cherry tomatoes, chillies, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, tamarind paste and some peanuts and roughly pound in a mortar and pestle and keep aside.
  5. In a bowl, add papaya, carrots, cherry tomatoes and peanuts.
  6. Add salt and mix well.

  8. Before serving, add roasted peanuts on the top and serve chilled.
