Instructions
  1. Soak the saffron in some water and keep aside.
  2. Mix the milk and besan well to make a batter.
  3. Heat ghee and let the besan mix into through a strainer to make boondi.
  4. As the boondi develops a golden brown colour, get it out of the ghee and drain the excess oil.
  5. Boil sugar and water.
  6. Make a sugar syrup that has the thickness of one thread.
  7. Once the syrup is ready, add saffron diluted in water to it.
  8. Now add boondi, orange food colour, dry fruits and cardamom.
  9. Let the mixture rest for an hour and a half.
  10. Now, make boondi laddoos from the mixture and enjoy.
