It’s Tempura Day and looking at the weather it seems perfect to fry up some shrimp. So let’s gear up for a sumptuous treat!
Shrimp Tempura Recipe
Bring oil temperature to 190°C.
Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients.
Make a small well in the middle and add water and egg yolk.
Mix well and stir in the egg whites.
Once the oil reaches the mentioned temperature, start dipping the shrimp in the batter and putting them in the oil.
Once the shrimp is golden brown, bring them out of the oil.
Drain excess oil and serve hot.
