Shrimp Pakora Recipe (Hindi)

Love seafood? Adore pakoras (Indian fritters)? Well, then you’ve landed at the right place. This easy-peasy shrimp pakora recipe is an excellent way of satiating any and all seafood cravings while adding a touch of desi at the same time. How awesome is that?

Just get your pakora gear and some fresh or frozen shrimps ready and follow this recipe for a batch of scrumptious Indian shrimp fritters.

Fritter Right In!
Batter fried marinated shrimps.
  1. झींगों को अच्छी तरह साफ़ करके नैपकिन पानी सोख लें।
  2. अब झींगों को हल्दी, लाल मिर्च, गोल मिर्च, नमक, और नींबू के रस के साथ मिलाकर ३० मिनट के लिए रख दें।
  3. एक कटोरे में बैटर की सामग्री को पानी के साथ मिलाकर मोटा बैटर तैयार कर लें और झींगों पर उसकी परत चढ़ा लें।
  4. कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें और झींगों को अच्छी तरह तल लें।
  5. नैपकिन पे अधिक तेल सोख कर चटनी या सौस के साथ गरमा गरम परोसें।
