Name: And It's a Happy St. Patrick's Day
Ingredients: 1 medium banana; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup yogurt (plain); 1 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie or a mint cookie of your choice; 2 teaspoons chocolate chips; 2 drops mint extract; 2 drops green food coloring; dollop of whipped cream; cookie (to serve)

Shake it up for St Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

1 medium banana
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup yogurt plain
1 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie or a mint cookie of your choice
2 teaspoons Chocolate Chips
2 drops mint extract
2 drops green food coloring
dollop of whipped cream
cookie to serve

1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup yogurt plain
1 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie or a mint cookie of your choice
2 teaspoons Chocolate Chips
2 drops mint extract
2 drops green food coloring
dollop of whipped cream
cookie to serve

Instructions

Place all ingredients except the food colouring and chocolate chips, in a blender and process until smooth.
Add ice and food colouring and whip once.
Add a dollop of whipped cream and a cookie quarter and serve.
