  1. Whip the heavy cream until peaks begin to form.
  2. Whisk the milk, sour cream, pudding mix and orange peel together until the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream.
  4. In a serving bowl, place a layer of the cake cubes in the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries and then a layer of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat the layer.
  7. Top with a final layer of strawberries and refrigerate the bowl.
  8. Serve after 2 hours.
