Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad Recipe

As healthy as salads are, they can get monotonous. I am all for the leafy fibrous greens, protein rich veggies, and all the paraphernalia, but just how long can one much on the decked up leaves and meat? Which is probably why they say that “variety is the spice of life”. So get ready to take your salad game up a notch with this sesame pasta chicken salad!

The salad is a wholesome and healthy meal, and a delicious delight for the pasta loving folk. Jazzed up with some farfalle (bow tie pasts), light soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, the salad is as delectable as it is nutritious. So get your salad bowl out and get tossing!
