  1. Add the eggs to a medium bowl and whisk, while adding salt and pepper
  2. Add the butter in a frying pan and heat it up
  3. Add the eggs and stir it a bit until they are set and are soft, for approximately 2-3 minutes
  4. Remove the eggs from heat
  5. Add the scrambled eggs to the tortillas and top it with avocado slices, salsa, cheese and cilantro
  6. Serve hot
