Who says muffins can't be full of sausage, eggs and sinful quantities of cheese that make them knock-out awesome?

Instructions
  1. In a large greased skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  3. Add the onion, green pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Stir in sausage and cheese.
  5. Spoon into muffin cups coated with cooking spray until almost full.(they didn't rise very much)
  6. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a fork inserted near the center comes out clean.
