Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Whisk flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and baking powder together in a large bowl
  3. Add the grated cheese to the mixture and toss
  4. Add the sausages, onion, and butter to the mixture and whisk
  5. Using your hands, mix until all the ingredients are well combined
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls on the sheet with 1/2 inch of space between
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, until the ball are cooked thoroughly and appear golden in color
  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm with your choice of sauce
