  1. 300g hammour fish
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp carom seeds (crushed)
  5. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 tbsp black pepper (crushed)
  7. 1½ tbsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tbsp green cardamom powder
  9. 1 tsp yellow food colouring
  10. 2 cups fresh cream
  11. 1 tbsp refined flour (maida)
  12. 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  13. 200g sesame seeds
For Sauce
  1. 100g garlic (chopped)
  2. 50g honey
  3. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  4. Red chilli powder to taste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Juice of 4 lemons
