Instructions
  1. Add the deghi mirch, bhuna jeera, garlic and green chilies in a blender and make a paste
  2. Add the paste, 3 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and salt to the mutton pieces and make sure it coats all around
  3. Marinate the mutton pieces for 2-3 hours
  4. Heat up some oil in a frying pan and add the marinated mutton pieces
  5. Fry the mutton pieces until its throughly cooked
  6. Add some oil to another frying pan and drop in the chopped onions
  7. Cook the onion until they are softened and add the masalas, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and salt
  8. Add some water, cover the pan and let the mixture cook
  9. Add the apricots and vinegar and the reduce the mixture
  10. Stir in the mutton pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes
  11. Remove from heat and serve hot with rice
