- 6 green grapes
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces Cognac
- 1 1/2 ounces white wine
- 2 ounces Club Soda

- In a shaker, muddle the grapes and simple syrup.
- Add the cognac and wine, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the club soda and garnish with additional grapes.
