Instructions
  1. Heat the khee in a pan.
  2. Lightly roast the sooji in ghee.
  3. Boil the milk in a separate pan.
  4. Add the sooji to the milk and stir well to avoid any lumps.
  5. Cook till you get your desired consistency and then add the sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves.
  6. Mix in the crushed almonds, pistachios, and saffron strands.
  7. Serve.
