A crisp and easy dosa that required no fermentation time.

Instructions
  1. In a bow, mix all the ingredients except oil
  2. Keep the bowl aside for 30 to 4 minutes.
  3. Heat a dosa tava or a non-stick pan and add one or 2 tsp oil and spread.
  4. With a ladle pour the batter onto the pan from the edges towards the center
  5. Sprinle 1 tsp of oil on top.
  6. Once the base becomes golden or crisp, flip the dosa
  7. Once cooked, remove dosa.
  8. Repeat for all dosa.
  9. Needs to be served immediately.
