  1. Knead the cup of flour, potatoes, pepper and salt in a bowl, adding water until it becomes a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into four.
  3. Knead the portions of dough into balls.
  4. Using the rolling pin, roll the dough into circles with equal diameters.
  5. Heat a tava and sprinkle a few drops of oil onto it.
  6. Put the paratha on the tava and cook, flipping it over once.
  7. Cook until both sides turn a golden brown.
  8. Serve hot!
