Ragi Puttu Recipe
Finger millet is know as Ragi is a highly nutritious. Ragi is an excellent source of calcium (i.e.) about 10 times that of rice or wheat. Consumption of Ragi can reduce the risks of fractures and osteoporosis to a considerable extent. Today we will learn how to prepare ragi puttu following this easy recipe.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add ragi flour, jaggery and salt. Add warm water mix well then leave it for 2 min.
  2. In a Puttu Kutti (Puttu making vessel easily available in the market) loosely fill ragi mixture and coconut as layers.
  3. Boil it for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix ghee (Optional).
  5. Serve hot with Kadala curry or Banana.

    Thanks for sharing the post. It is really nice recipe. It is yummy taste. In other way to make Puttu Kerala breakfast recipe, usually served with Kadala curry.
