Instructions
  1. Mix the crushed biscuits, powdered sugar and melted butter together and flatten it out on a dish, cover and refrigerate.
  2. To make the salted caramel, bring 1/3 cup water to a boil and add sugar.
  3. Stir gently until the sugar starts bubbling. Now slowly tip in some butter and whisk thoroughly.
  4. Add cream and salt. Mix well.
  5. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cream and cream cheese to form a thick paste.
  6. Fold in your caramel mixture and pour onto the crust. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
