Prawns with Chilli Garlic Basil
A superb combination of prawns, fresh red chillies, garlic and basil leaves.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Roughly chop spring onion bulbs, red capsicum and red chillies.
  3. Add spring onion bulbs and garlic to the pan and sauté for half a minute. Add capsicum, prawns, and salt and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, tamarind paste, red chillies and mix well.
  4. Add basil leaves and mix well and cook till the prawns are done.
  5. Transfer the prawns onto a serving plate and serve hot.
