  1. In a big bowl, add haldi, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, tamarind pulp and coconut milk. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  3. Next add chopper ginger, chopped onions, 8-10 curry leaves, and cook them till onions turn light brown,
  4. Next add chopped tomatoes and cook them till they turn soft and pulpy.
  5. Later add the coconut milk, spices mixture into the pan. Mix all of them well and bring it to boil.
  6. To the mixture add salt for taste and mix it well.
  7. Next add cleaned and deveined super sized prawns, mix it well.
  8. Then reduce the heat and cook the prawns for 7-8 minutes.
  9. If required add coconut milk to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
  10. The Goan coconut prawn curry is ready to be served, enjoy it with rice or chapati,
