  1. Preheat an oven to 375F.
  2. While the eggs and stir in the cream, white pepper, parsley and chives.
  3. Gently stir in the potato chips, being careful not to crush them too much.
  4. Allow this mixture to stand for ten minutes.
  5. Heat the butter and evenly fry the eggs, reducing the heat to low.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes until the eggs are golden on the bottom.
  7. Place the skillet in the oven and bake until the eggs are done, for about three minutes.
  8. Take the skillet out of the oven and flip it over a plate.
  9. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
