Instructions
  1. Cook the egg noodles as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. In a medium skillet brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper over medium-high heat.
  4. Drain excess fat and stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot!
