- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the baking pan.
- Combine the ingridients in the bowl. Mix them well till the batter is smooth.
- Take out a small size from the batter and roll it into a ball.
- Flatten the cookie dough, and make the criss cross patterns on them with the help of a fork.
- Bake it in the oven till cookie turns a slightly golden brown. This will approximately take 10-20 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before consumption
