Ingredients
Pasta of your choice
use as much as you want to cook
10
tablespoons
unsalted butter
5
garlic cloves
minced
1/2
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the pasta and then drain well
In a saucepan, add in the butter, minced garlic and cook till the butter has melted.
Continue to cook till the foam subsides and it becomes slightly golden brown
Remove from the flame, stir in the pasta and the Parmesan cheese and mix it all together
Add salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and serve!
