Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper crushed
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 8 cubes cottage paneer
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 2 tbsp maida
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- To a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp of pepper. Add coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well to form paste.
- Now, coat the paneers well with this paste and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the maida batter by mixing corn flour, maida, pepper and sufficient amount of salt. Add water while mixing to form a lump free batter.
- Dip the paneer in the maida paste. And coat it extremely well with the bread crumbs. Deep fry the nugget in the oil until they turn light golden brown.
- Serve it hot with mint chutney or sauce
