  1. Heat butter in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic till soft.
  2. Add meat and brown well.
  3. Stir in curry powder and seasonings, and remaining vegetables.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring several times and adding more water if needed.
  5. Serve.
