Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pot.
  2. Add onions and sauté until brown.
  3. Grind the onions and put the in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add yoghurt, fish pieces and mix well and marinate the fish in this mixture for 2 hours.
  5. In the same oil, which was used to saute the onions, add the methi seeds.
  6. Allow sizzling a bit, and then removing them once they turn brown.
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste to the same oil.
  8. Sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  9. Add red chili and turmeric powders.
  10. Mix well and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes.
  11. Add the marinated fish pieces.
  12. Add half a glass of water and mix well.
  13. Keep on low flame for 10 minutes.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  15. Serve.
