Ingredients
3/4
cup
sugar

cup
Milk
1/4
tsp
Salt

tbsp
cocoa powder
3
egg yolk
2
ounces
chopped semisweet chocolate
2
cups
heavy cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a saucepan, add sugar, milk, salt, and cocoa powder on low hear.
Keep mixing till all the ingredients are well combined.
Once it comes to a simmer, pour a little of the mixture in the bowl of egg yolks, stir and pour back in the saucepan.
Let the mixture thicken while stirring occasionally.
Once it thickens, take it off the heat and add in the chocolate.
Stir till it melts and combines.
Transfer the mixture to a cold bowl and refrigerate for two hours.
Stir every 20 minutes.
After two hours, add in the cream and vanilla mixing in till combined.
Pour the mixture in the ice-cream maker and follow the instructions.
Serve chilled.
