Instructions
  1. Add carrots and milk to a pot. Cover with a glass lid and leave for 30 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes to make sure the carrots don't stick to the pot.
  2. Once the carrots are well cooked, add cardamom, sugar and almond flour. Let it cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Finally add ghee to the mixture and remove from the stove.
  4. Garnish with the almonds and serve hot!
