  1. Boil the rice with salt.
  2. Heat a kadhai with oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dals and fry till golden brown.
  3. Mix chillies, ginger and coconut and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in rice and coriander and serve hot!
