Oats Egg Omelette Recipe

This oats omelette is a nutritious breakfast that can be made in a couple of minutes; perfect for a workday when you’re in a rush.

You can adjust the spices and the quantity and types of vegetables in the recipe as per your taste.

Have this omelette over a slice of bread, or in between two slices as a sandwich.

Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs until they become foamy.
  2. Combine the oats, turmeric, salt, pepper and oregano and add the milk, mixing until a batter forms.
  3. Add the eggs to this mixture and whisk.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour the mixture into the oil, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add the vegetables as the egg fries.
  6. Flip the omelette over after a minute and continue frying for another minute or so.
  7. Serve the omelette!
