Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350F. Flour an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Melt the butter and add the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool and cut into pieces.
  6. Serve.
