Instructions
  1. Soak the Sabudana in the water for an hour. After an hour, drain the water and spread it over a thick cloth for about an hour to absorb the remaining water.
  2. Mix the sabudana well with peanuts, salt and chilli powder. Make sure that the sabudana is properly mixed with the other ingredients.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, red chili and curry leaves, and stir it well. Add the potatoes and saute it well. When the chili turns a bit dark, add the sabudana mixture and mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. After it's done cooking, take it off the heat and add lemon juice to it, and mix it well. Garnish it with the green chillies and coriander leaves.
