In bowl add 1 cup water, chestnut flour and 1 boiled potato. Mash them well. Then add rock salt to taste, ½ tsp desi ghee and water. Rest the dough for 5 minutes
For Filling: In bowl add 3 to 4 tbsp fresh cheese, rock salt to taste and 2 chopped green chili. Mix well.
Prepare dumplings from dough and fill cheese mixture. Fry Kachori on medium gas for 4 to 5 minutes.
To make the chutney: In a blender, add 1 apple, 1 cup of pineapple and 1 tbsp of orange juice. Add 1-2 green chilies and rock salt to taste. Grind well.
