  1. Roast the channa dal in a pan until the color changes slightly and the roasted smell comes out.
  2. Blend all the ingredients into a fine powder
  3. Transfer the above mixture to a mixing bowl and add ghee to it. Knead it well until it becomes smooth. Once that is done, roll them into lemon sized balls.
  4. Garnish them with pistachios
