Instructions
  1. Mix the shredded cheese together.
  2. Shred the lettuce and toss them in olive oil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Layer the tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate so that each chip can get an equal amount of cheese on top.
  5. Add the shredded cheese generously all over the chips.
  6. Place the jalapenos all over so that you get one on every chip, at the least.
  7. Place it in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese bubbles.
  8. Take out of the oven, place some lettuce in the middle and top with tomatoes.
  9. Serve immediately.
