Mutton Do Pyaza
Let try this scrumptious recipe of mutton, made with marination of yogurt and spices. Addition of nuts give it an extra taste.
  1. Wash the meat and keep in strainer.
  2. Mix yogurt, black cardamom, green chilies, cinnamon powder, cumin, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and green coriander.
  3. Apply this mixture on meat and leave for 1 hour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown. Remove onion in a plate and shift meat mixture in same pan and cook.
  5. When yogurt water dries, add sufficient amount of water to cook the meat. Cover and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in ground cashew nuts, poppy seeds, and coconut.
  7. Add fried onion, simmer for 2 minutes and dish out.
  8. Serve with naan or roti.
