When Harry spends his first Christmas at Hogwarts he's thrilled (and stunned) when Mrs Weasley sends his a box of her homemade fudge. Here's a recipe inspired by that fudge.

Instructions
  1. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Blend together the sugar, cocoa and milk.
  3. Set over a stove and bring to a boil and then reduce the heat.
  4. Simmer until the temperature reaches 238F.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  6. Beat for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour into the pan and allow it to cool.
  8. Cut into squares.
